We offer comprehensive hearing evaluations, used to assess your hearing sensitivity and determine treatment options. All diagnostic testing is completed by a licensed Doctor of Audiology. Our standard diagnostic test battery includes speech in noise testing, a great way to assess your communication ability in a “real-world” listening environment.
Hearing Aid Services

Initial appointments typically include time to discuss your history and concerns with the Doctor of Audiology, a comprehensive assessment of your hearing, and a no obligation evaluation of treatment options. You will be able to ask questions, demo hearing aid technology and complete the appointment with a better understanding of your hearing health.

We are able to evaluate anyone over age 5. If you’re experiencing hearing difficulties, we are here to help. Unfortunately, we are not equipped to effectively test infants and children under age 5 at this time.

We are out of network with all insurance plans so we can prioritize you—not the requirements of an insurance policy. This gives us the flexibility to spend as much time as needed, provide thorough, personalized care, and recommend solutions based entirely on what’s best for your hearing health. Many insurance plans will allow submission for out of network reimbursement after your appointment with us. Contact us for more information.

Most testing and hearing aid services do take place at our office location. However, some services can be handled via telehealth. We also provide onsite services for residents of Rolling Green Village, Cascades, and Haywood Estates by Barclay House. Contact us for more information.
